How to use
HAIR FOOD1:
At the start, you can use it daily or every other day.
Slightly warm the oil before use, massage into scalp and hair for 5-10 minutes, and leave it for at least 4-6 hours, best to be used overnight. Cover your scalp with a shower cap after application for better absorption or you can wrap a hot towel for an hour before taking shower. Afterward, wash it off with your regular shampoo and use conditioner as usual. (Covering your head and hot towel wrap is optional, not compulsory).
When you start getting results and satisfied then distance the days of use.
SKIN SUPERFOOD1:
Shake the bottle well before use. Cleanse your face and apply Skin Superfood1 to clean dry face. Use Daily at night till you are satisfied with the results.
1 dropper full is enough for face and neck. Use upward motions to apply it on your face and neck. Keep it all night.
